Pros

work is fairly straightforward and easy to get done. Time off requests are almost always granted and management is pretty flexible

Cons

Training could be better for the amount there is to be done (warehouse pickups, web order pickups, pre-order invoices, different programs on the computer). Some staff members are hard to work with and the atmosphere is often stressful and annoying drama sometimes. Lots of gossip. Long 8.5-9 hour days with one half hour lunch break and low salary given the cost of living in the area.
