Pros
Work-life balance is good and generally managers are good people and support you on your work and personal life. The office is a good place to be in and the hybrid schedule is very good if you have a family.
Cons
Pay progression is a joke, loyalty is not rewarded but penalised. Someone coming from outside the company will get paid more than someone doing the job for 5 or more years. Progression into management level is ultra competitive and usually the friend of...or someone with contacts will get it. If you are a woman it will also be easier for you to get into a management position as they want to artificially increase their %.
