Pros

Great startup like environment where we get to use the latest tech to solve interesting vehicle related applications. If you have opinions you will get ownership. Good progression structure with 360 style feedback. If you are performing above you level you are encouraged to interview for higher positions. Great work life balance. 20% personal development time is the icing on the cake!

Cons

Still a few minor teething issues to get some projects off the ground but its what I would expect for a department that is expanding so rapidly.
