Once you are in it's difficult to progress Salary increases are poor Team size cuts are consistent, but workload is expected to be the same. No empathy to reduced resource or challenges within the business The business says all the right things about mental health, but the senior leaders behave the complete opposite Senior Leadership is toxic - culture of bullying runs deep
