Really care about their employees and their families Lots of opportunities to develop Flexible with working arrangements, however can’t work fully remote as like to collaborate on tasks/build strong working relationships f2f Management car scheme and benefits extremely good Great maternity leave policy Working hard to improve current management and culture all over business Previous CEO (Thierry) and current making positive improvements to the business and clearly invested in their people There are some beautiful offices to work in and great canteen options
