Pros

JLR is a fantastic company to work for whether you like cars or not. Being able to work for JLR and in the Manchester tech focused/tech first office was the icing on the cake and was genuinely a dream come true for me. I miss working there and would love the opportunity to rejoin the team if the offer was there. The flexible working policy was great and was widely appreciated by most. Everyone who worked there had the right attitude and they were a joy to be around - most came from leading Tech companies so lots of opportunities to learn from colleagues with great experience in industry. Lots of opportunity to experience the cars/product which is amazing if you are working on technology tied to the cars.

Cons

Sometimes felt like I wasn't part of the wider JLR culture and I was upset/demoralised that a promised promotion didn't come to fruition in the expected timeframe.
