      Pros

      Lots of early careers support. Overall helpful people and nice environment.

      Cons

      Huge gender gap and age gap. A lot of people who work there are super into cars and mechanical engineering, so if thats what you're looking for -its good, otherwise the work can get a bit stagnant/boring.

      It is in a great location. There is good quality inventory. The showroom is beautiful. There is foot traffic. Service is right there on site.

      Cons

      Inventory diminished after covid, There is little to no negotiation on used cars.
