      JLR is a great place to work, with a good work-life balance, respectful management.I had a mainly enjoyable experience

      Cons

      Pay progression is a joke, loyalty is not rewarded but penalised. Someone coming from outside the company will get paid more than someone doing the job for 5 or more years. Progression into management level is ultra competitive and usually the friend of...or someone with contacts will get it. If you are a woman it will also be easier for you to get into a management position as they want to artificially increase their %.
