A fantastic company to be part of. Very inclusive, good supportive, active encouragement to develop a career plan. Hybrid working. Good pension, pay and bonus. Very sound current leadership and a great outlook for the company.

Cons

In the last few years the company has become much more guarded about future products. It used to be exciting to be shown future models years ahead of launch. This doesn't happen now, and hasn't done for about 5 years plus.
