      Good starting salary, weekends off, £2k joining bonus (repayable if you leave)

      Cons

      No structure and no training. No investment from management in your development, lucky if they speak to you. Zero direction about what you're supposed to be doing or trying to achieve and very little interest in you. Replicated across teams. In theory there's hybrid working but that depends on how stuck in the past your manager is, they think your doing nothing at home but don't give you anything to do in work either.
