JLR is a good company to work for with decent benefits such as Ford Car Privilege Scheme, hybrid working etc, employee volunteer says, cycle to work scheme, ability to move within the same level around the business.

Cons

The limiting factor is progression. A lot of the time it's based on who you know rather than merit.
