The healthcare system is precarious and saturated, making it almost impossible to have a GP assigned to you and your family. Furthermore, the expertise of GPs is highly questionable and it is not uncommon for deaths or unnecessary suffering to occur because a GP did not identify the problem in time. You don't have access to a specialist unless your blessed GP refers you.
The public transport system is quite poor, the routes and their frequencies are limited and they are unable to keep up with the schedule.

Another negative point is that if you leave the company before 3 years, they will charge you every penny spent on moving you and your family, which can be very expensive.
Think twice before accepting a position there because what initially seems like a good salary will be eaten up by inflated living expenses and you will go through a lot of hassle finding a house, a GP, getting a driving license, fixing your car, fixing your boiler, etc., etc.
