Some great people working here, really enjoy the office environment and some managers have a great focus on personal growth

Cons

Current business priority is cost cutting and therefore there are no opportunities for progression- this will cause many to leave and be a negative for the business in the long run

Almost every department has a “not my job attitude” it makes things extremely frustrating and difficult. Terrible work life balance in manufacturing. It’s constant pressure to deliver when nothing is ready. A lot of made up jobs in the fluffy side of the company …
