Pros

Good work life balance. Good Pay. Good Benefits (especially car scheme).

Cons

Too much middle management. Too much politics. They say they are DE&I focused, but its surface deep.

Pros

After 25 years a long service dinner is held for all who reach this milestone. It is a unique and rewarding event. Company size, the skills within the company can be transferable, from manufacturing to quality, to engineering, this enables movement within the company. Unite union support employees with advice and an impartial voice. The focus on business behaviours is good and is slowly changing the culture within the company

Cons

Hierarchy, restructures are frequent whilst the status quo remains as a pyramid system, enabling variable levels of responsibility at every level, Meaning a sideways move doesn't always mean equal level of work. Promotion can be difficult, with high levels of competition and bias
