      The sheer fact that you want to perform to the best of your ability in order to contribute toward the greater good. End of year you are rewarded for all of your efforts! The people are great, the leadership is superb and the culture is just right.

      you can lose out from external hires being given greater packages than those who have worked internally up the ladder.

      Good pay and conditions and good people to work with. A lot of opportunities to take in house training courses to develop your knowledge.

      Cons

      Doing well at the moment and more successful than any time in its history, but rapid growth plans are somewhat risky. Promotion and career progression more dependent on having fiends in the right places than skills, knowledge and experience. Some business processes are bureaucratic and don't work well.
