Pros

Structured graduate program that allows you to experience all areas of the business. Full ownership taken by the graduate which allows freedom in choosing roles which you are interested in. Motivating and challenging work environment which rewards strong communication. Interesting working with engineers who have a wide range of experience in differing fields.

Cons

IT processes are a little dated - this is being improved.

Pros

Lots of opportunities for training and development if you go out and ask for them, generally good and friendly culture, some staff go out of their way to be supportive and helpful, some opportunities for progression

Cons

Not much inter-departmental communication which can cause delays and confusion, access to main sites difficult due to overcrowding, progression is seen only as aiming to be CEO not to become specialised in a field for example

Too many processes, too much top down instruction, senior management dictates and is not always data led
