      Other grads all super nice, support from managers and team, well structured scheme with plenty of opportunities to learn, both office and manufacturing line placements to give you a well rounded development experience

      Cons

      New ideas seem slow to implement, real mix between enthusiastic hard working people and people who have been at the company too long and don't really want to be there

      still considering this as the management have abused their position for 20 years and promoted their own family and friends instead of hard working people.

      Cons

      management keep all information to themselves and only look after themselves and each other. The enthusiasm is thrashed out of people and their ideas are adopted by others who are rewarded for taking credit for others hard work.
