Very good work life balance. Lots of great people Lots of money spent on Graduate Training and Development

Cons

Slow to involve Graduate's onto projects/ Work. Lots of down time Very large organisation that is slow to change. People only interested in their area of responsibility. Very limited benefits

The company is full of nice people nd it's a generally nice environment to work in.

Cons

Pay isn't particularly good. There are some crap people due to the companies 'never fire anyone' approach.
