Pros

Driving Jaguar cars around, Free lunches on weekends, Car Discount, CO-Workers where fun to work with, Pay was decently good

Cons

Management or any other person besides lot attendent or detailers looked down at you like you were nothing, you were literally treated as everyone's assistant, horribly disorganized paper work and systems, key room was not secure, had no set system for paying for gas (literally used managers credit cards)

Leadership

Pros

Growing company with good future and plenty of opportunities to progress career both in breadth and progression. People tend to get hooked on the 'JLR drug', develop green blood and stay for years.

Cons

Leadership can be very Character based with senior leaders leading and judging performance based on gut feel and personal preference. This can lead to a blame culture and silo mentality. Great if you are in the 'chosen' group, not so great if your career is being managed / hampered / assessed by a 'Character' leader without fact or feedback.
