Expanding too quickly for recruitment to keep up with, rapidly changing processes, complicated processes and inconsistency across vehicle programme management.

If I was to criticise anything it would be the amount of time between sessions but this is a minor issue.

Stupid capital investment decisions. Local leadership can be poor. Professional development is patchy from area to area. Low and middle management engage in petty empire building and unprofessional feuds.
