      Pros

      If you want experience in a growing company with exciting products this is for you. Work can be challenging but the experience is superb, and rewards are good. You won't get bored!

      Cons

      May not be for everyone - what JLR is doing isn't easy otherwise everyone would be doing it, but as the saying goes, what you put in equals what you get out.

      Pros

      Beautiful vehicles and all employees are eligible for some type of vehicle program. Some good people. Very challenging work.

      Cons

      Very understaffed, very bad systems and processes, very long working hours. Company doesn't seem to appreciate or value its employees.
