      Pros

      Excellent benefits if you take advantage of them. Fast moving industry which is constantly changing.

      Cons

      Limited career progression despite the growth. The role doesn't always get the recognition it deserves and at times the role is not clearly defined. Is becoming too bureaucratic. Too many on-lookers without any accountability or responsibility. Each change, such as HR direct, feels like an anchor on the organisation, dragging it backwards.

      - Good work life balance. - overtime paid - a growing company so new opportunities open up all the time

      Cons

      - You might get stuck in a loop of not knowing where to get the information (mainly because of the size of the company) - teams and skills are not structured well

      Fun role with lots of grads, good range of experiences across the grad scheme giving the opportunity to explore a lot of roles

      Poor middle management - to be expected from a company where that's comprised mainly of engineers who have outgrown their technical roles
