      Great products ! , salary is great all heading in the right direction , I think the electric car is the way forward . In summary worth the frustration to work with a growing company

      Poor execution of tasks between silo management , leads to a lack of shared knowledge and a waste of money and time

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, full of contractors, contractors / permanent staff treated with respect . This is a great company to work for and you get to drive all their lovely cars. Very multicultural and has a very high female to male ratio - something really great to see in British engineering.

      Cons

      Some of the managers can be a bit political but you get that everywhere. You end up working across multiple sites which can can mean that you are quite tired by the end of the day.
