Pros

Passion for the brand and world class products with a genuine feeling within some teams that 'we are in it together' against all the challenges created by the UK NSC management. Can build some very good relationships with global business management for future moves. Training courses are wide ranging. Car scheme good.

Cons

Management in the UK NSC have absolutely no idea about managing relationships with network partners and the global business, there is obvious cronyism within the management colleagues that have joined from other brands that promote 'their' idealistic mentality. Complete lack of understanding of how a dealer network works at the nuts and bolts level which in turn results in some absolute disgust from the 'partners' There is absolutely no way you can communicate your true thoughts from your experience and knowledge of your role as there is the ongoing underlying threat that you will be targeted and held back from progression. Departments laughably work against each other.

Nepotism at it's finest

Pros

Great brand, some hard working employees.

Cons

Every time a new GM comes in nepotism begins. After 4 GMs I have seen a lot of hard working people get "layed off" stating that said position is no longer available only to hire family members/ friends/ GF in those positions. This location under values so many hard working employees and raises are hard to come by, you're even afraid to ask for one because they might let you go for cheaper labor.
