      Salary is good straight out of Uni.

      Cons

      Salary quickly falls behind market as you will not get above inflation pay rises nor will you be promoted unless you go to pub with managers. Chaotic management strategy that changes weekly Toxic environment designed to pay you less that you're worth

      Depressing and slow if you're anything other than a middle aged man in middle management. No empowerment.
