If you are an Indian then the only benefit is that they sponsor your visa. Nothing else.
Cons
1) Extreme racism 2)Extremely gender biased 3) Damage your career 4) Never rest you because you are women 5) Extreme politics 6) Exploiting/using TATA's benefit 7) Horrible employer 8) If you want to damage your career, join JLR. 9)If you male colleague asks you to have sex, have it. If you reach management for help, they will torture you saying the guy was deeply in love with and you broke his heart. And post all this, they will remove you from the company and show it as an achievement.
