      Good Work-Life balance. Interaction with international team mates. Good management.

      Cons

      Not a con really. The company has been established in India just 4-5 yrs back. It's better if interested people do not expect experience like that of big MNCs, takes few years to be fully established. But this does not impact the employee much.
