      Typical large company feel, difficult to move around red tape and work directly with senior management.

      Pros

      Best procedures. I understood the importance of procedures and quality here. The attitude towards work is also awesome. Just finish the work.

      Cons

      Repeatitive work. Too much rework. Too much rework leads to loss of man hours. We get bored of the same work again and again.

      Work with the energy industry in different countries. Understand work flow and management in a huge organization.

      Cons

      Bias towards Europeans compared to Asians in opinion. Lot of mis-communication. Very or no casual conversation with Japanese . Alien and racial discriminatory feeling.
