      Get to do high profile projects

      Cons

      Very bad salary or benefits considering how well the contract employees are paid. Even when going to construction site, have to deal with low quality food, segregation by race in access to canteen, shared accommodation. Additionally extremely bad training programmes, mentors have no time to mentor and they themselves lack knowledge.

      1. Business manner is 100% Japanese, actually I like it. 2. Top managements have very good vision. 3. JGC has many practices, training courses which are built from project experiences.

      Cons

      1. Lost of job since PMT has lack of experience of each disciplines. PMT treats other disciplines as under their control while their main responsibility is coordinating. 2. Junior engineers want to become manager rather than principle engineers.
