Pros

Good work culture, truly international, good remuneration when you are overseas.

Cons

Limited growth, lot of travelling, lot of internal politics, very reluctant to adopt new technologies, no trainings, most of the upper management are not aware that an in-house IT team is not meant to make money but to support the smooth functioning of the organization.

Work with the energy industry in different countries. Understand work flow and management in a huge organization.

Cons

Bias towards Europeans compared to Asians in opinion. Lot of mis-communication. Very or no casual conversation with Japanese . Alien and racial discriminatory feeling.
