      Great minds doing great work

      Pros

      Energetic and passionate people all working with the best brands in the world. Lots of intellectual property development and a very collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Client demands drive hours, so they can be long and unpredictable. There is lots of turnover, partly due to a lack of a mentoring and growth culture.

      -good internal network with offices all around the world -well-respected clients -exposure to lots of different streams of work -gives solid foundation on branding -educational series and guest speakers on a regular basis
