      Pros

      The global comms team was a well-oiled machine while I was there. Well-developed processes and procedures. The work was interesting and challenging. The people were supportive and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There was a lot of redundancy of roles across the global comms group, and that led to significant layoffs.
