      - Collaboration, employees are very approachable and willing to help - Opportunities to move and grow within the organization - Continuous support during the onboarding process through success partner - Personal days (up to 4 / year) to manage personal circumstances including religious holidays, moving or other personal reasons - Wellness spending account promoting a healthy lifestyle

      - workload can be overwhelming sometimes

      Pros

      -super supportive manager and colleagues -good work life balance -if you work hard, you will be rewarded for your efforts

      Cons

      -IT department not that helpful. Took over 3 weeks and spoke to 4 different people just to correct one thing -System errors prevents us from doing our job in a timely manner.
