      WLB is skewed towards life.

      Cons

      Compensation is garbage. You will definitely find better at no names startups.

      Job security and good benefits.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations to maintain 1:1 closing ratio with 4-5 new claims per day and 2-3 hours of queue time. The queues can open at any time when Workforce wants to bring service levels down without warning!
