      Stable work environment, socially responsible organization. Very flexible work arrangements. They support insurance related education

      Promotion not by merit. Promotion should be by merit. as the biggest P & C insurer they should pay better than the market average

      Pros

      Work is challenging, have to be open to change. Opportunities to grow and develop are posted internally. Corporate social responsibility is big - volunteer days, matching donations.

      Cons

      Downtown Location, while connected to a subway station, is still downtown (Queens Park.) You are personally assessed, and if you do not like the idea of being accountable to improve yourself, not a workplace for you.
