      Pros

      Good location. Job security, stability, good benefits and generous pension plan. Business supports personal learning and development and promotes internally.

      Cons

      Salary is competitive but not particularly high, company is so large you can feel disconnected from coworkers. High management turnover.

      Pros

      Intact has a very good benefits package including a company pension plan that very few publically traded companies still offer.. Strong belief in work life balance

      Cons

      Slow to adapt to new technology. Resistant to change. Not enough interaction and team work between departments. West is run totally separately from the East and Central.

      Pros

      If you like bumper claim that's awesome. The system in this call centre is helpful and the technology of their claimcenter is a good help to achieve fast close if the claim. (30 opening claims per week)

      Cons

      If you start from the bottom and want to be on the road or solving claims for habitation, expect 7-13 years ahead.
