      Pros

      Great company to work for. Good compensation and amazing people to work with minus upper management in the Mississauga CSC.

      Cons

      Please do not work in the CSC - claims, Mississauga. Not very well managed. Upper management need to treat staff with respect, give open and honest feedback so that one could improve on their weaknesses.

      Good salary staff and hr department. Not the worst place to work. Promotions don't give much more than competitor. Fled days.

      Cons

      Micromanagemt. Work from home not encouraged. Tiring work. Layoffs. Travel.

      Decent benefits plan Friendly co-workers Work gatherings (when they actually happen) Training available (Will pay for your CIP)

      Cons

      Pay is a little low Work life balance - Most adjusters are given a ridiculous workload of files that will have you in the office long before your shift starts and long after it ends to try and keep up. Overtime is rarely ever paid but is always needed
