      Room for growth, variety of options to grow within the company.

      Theres absolutely no work/life balance and promotions are often based on favourites.

      Pros

      The pay was good at around 24 an hour.

      Cons

      Start as contract, no benefits and no job security. Very strict on the amount of work you need to get done with many permanent and contract employees staying 1-2 hours of unpaid overtime to finish the volume of work given. Quantity is more important over quality. You can only have 3 sick days in a year, any more and they label you as a bottom of the barrel employer. Or as management likes to say "the weakest link".

      Pros

      Nice office, fun staff events

      Cons

      No training and no help from co-workers. You are basically left to figure it all out on your own and if you can't, you get fired.
