      - Lots of opportunities to learn - Variety in work - Good benefits (support for Actuarial Exams)

      Cons

      - No room to growth if not bi-lingual besides completing actuary exams - Workplace culture is entirely centred around actuary exams - Felt really displaced as a PoC

      Not the company I once knew

      Pros

      Excellent Work/Life Balance and Upper Management as a whole cares about the well-being of their employees. Fair compensation and great benefits.

      Cons

      Intact management used to hire, follow and promote core values which treated everyone equally based on the content of their character and qualifications, regardless of their background. Now new "woke" management has pivoted to implement endless, divisive, social justice campaigns which appear to promote identity/gender over competency. This has lead to top quality, hard working talent leaving because they want to work, not be part of political campaigns.
