- some good managers - good benefits - room to grow - a good place to start in the insurance industry

Cons

- high claim volume - too many angry clients because of lack of time work on claims - pay is too low for what we put up with - mentally and emotionally draining

Pros

Good incentives, great co-workers, good location, availability for flexible schedules

Cons

Very stressful, robotic and depressing télémarketing department with annoying phone calls and conversations with generally rude people; low employee morale, excessive micromanagement and unrealistically high expectations in an environment of constant pressure. 350 calls a day.
