Dealing with terrible/lying/cheating/disrespectful customers. You'd like that working in such a hard environment, that mmgt (both middle and upper) would give you a break from time to time - no. I along with many others were taken advantage of for our loyalty. Mind you, for every 30 claims I had 1 very nice claimant. Out of 29 people in the team, 9 have left within 11 months.. Turnover is stupid high because employers aren't respected... Okay you gave us ice cream sundays one summer afternoon.. but you will deny our bonus with no explanation provided? Once I obtained legal support.. then they provided me with my bonus. I guess once I stood up for myself.. they decided I had earned it. I am an genuine and kind person, who always trys to do my best. If your fresh out of college and need a job asap... okay. But set yourself to a higher standard. No one deserves this.
