      Pros

      Excellent benefits (which is one of the reasons people stay at the company as long as they do).

      Cons

      If you are an immigrant, you will not progress far... and I'm speaking as a non-immigrant member of the HR team. I've heard what is said behind closed doors. All you have to do and look at the corporate structure to confirm this -- look at the company's directors and VPs. There is a lot of nepotism that is accepted simply because it's the company culture. Nobody speaks up to challenge the status quo because the backlash is severe.

      Don’t expect to grow here. Most automation managers are cocky and it just baffles me that they hire French from France rather than Canadians. Montreal office is full of them trying to put their own rules.

      Good benefits, decent pay, good environment.

      Cons

      You do not decide your own career path. If someone decides that you are only an individual contributor, That’s it. You will never advance in your career, no matter how good you are, how hard you try, how much training, and experience. No room to grow whatsoever. If you are good with remaining in the same position until you retire, then this company is a good fit. If you want to grow your career and advance, then you should avoid this company at all cost.
