Poor work environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Hybrid work, can't think of anything else.

Cons

The workload is consistently heavy, and there seems to be little regard for work-life balance. The compensation is below industry standards for the type of work expected. Many employees are paid much less than they deserve for the amount of responsibility they take on. The company relies on outdated technology, which makes the work environment frustrating. Employees are often forced to use old software and systems that are inefficient, which not only impacts productivity but also makes it harder to keep up with industry standards. here is a lack of transparency from upper management, and communication is poor. There is very little opportunity for career growth or professional development. This lack of upward mobility leads to frustration, as employees feel that their hard work and dedication aren't being rewarded.
