Pros
The people are very nice, salary is good, social perks are nice, they really take care of their employees
Cons
It depends on what is your job but the biggest con would be to take off from work is a challenge in my department because I work in 24/7 department staff needs to be present. You do have 3 weeks vac. paid but to get them is another hassle but I understand why their hands are tied on this problem in my department but it is a con.
