Very flexible benefits available that you can adjust with your health care needs and coordination with another health plan you are covered by your spouse 3. Hybrid work model that has no mandatory minimum work days in the office and empowers each team to make own decision that would serve each team best in the hybrid working world 4. Success partner program for new employee is a great way to kick start your new role at Intact 5. DB pension plan available 6. Excellent interview experience from start to finish, you are in the loop of the hiring timeline as well as Hiring manager feedbacks
