      Great company so far!

      Pros

      The benefits package is really great and flexible to customize. The salary is very competitive, and the people have been great to work with. The hybrid work environment is really great too!

      Cons

      The only con has been the training. While it was very informative and the trainers did a great job, the fact that it was all online didn't sufficiently prepare me for this role.
