      Pros

      Management is very chill and easy to work with. They understand work-life balance, although (due to the nature of the job sometimes) it can take a toll.

      Cons

      You are expected to learn many different (sometimes unrelated) areas of knowledge very quickly

      Thank you for your review. We know insurance isn't the most attractive industry, but we do offer a dynamic workplace, but it's understandable if not everyone is on board with it.

      Growing and so 16k+company in Canada may not be for everyone Value focus on the customer; strategy and plan - dynamic but less « free wheeling » at entry levels Insurance is there for when customers need it so means your day is full

      Thank you for your review. Your headline sums it up quite well - we are a company geared toward employee career growth. Only 9% of privately owned Canadian companies offer a defined benefit plan and we are proud to be in this group. Thank you for your years of service with us.
