      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement, paid education / licensing, bonus, paid over time, referral bonus. Can be very rewarding to help real people during challenging periods.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from management and customers. Customers expectations are easier to brush off, but management keep dangling the carrot further and further away.
