      They have no clue on what to do with a resource

      Oh where should I start. They hire without understanding the responsibility for a role and expect you to do everything.they want u to be jack of all trades. They want a functional guy to be a technical architect. The leaders are egotist. This is the first company in my experience that doesn't like spending on employees training. The process and expectations are not set and expect you to make wonders. There is no proper KT plan for new members. They cannot set the basic goal setting and expect you to do everything while the leaders can relax. You cannot go to your leader with a question.

      Good benefits your dental and medical benefits are available from day 1

      Cons

      -Firing culture -Lack of open dialogue from management. -Managers are very micro managing. -Lack of separation of duties among different designation - huge staff turnover

      Pros

      The first year is great and managers seems encouraging at first, however...

      Cons

      You will experience false hopes and promises from your manager, nepotism, racism, toxic cultures, and more. Intact is no longer the same as before and lots of turnovers during the past years.
