      Pros

      - Choice of benefit package that you can change each year - pension - work from home (2 days in office) - diversity can be seen throughout company - career growth, encouragement to find other opportunities within the company - transparency in how the company is doing - personal experience with managers has been very good - salary is decent and reviewed yearly - great work life balance - you can see the company’s culture in affect

      Cons

      - personal opinion, insurance isn’t interesting or “fun” but can find interesting projects within - a lot of people have moved within the company that don’t necessarily have the right skill set for the job (although there’s a lot of people willing to help and there’s accountability)
